Refunds & Returns Policy

IMPORTANT:

We accept all returns as long as the product is unused and not damaged. Return on kits would be accepted only if the items are still in its original packaging. Any returns must be received by Oceania Engineering Solutions Pty Ltd within (30) thirty days of the purchase. An option to exchange the product for another will also be available to the customer if agreed by a Customer Service Representative from Oceania Engineering Solutions.

Due to the nature of the products available on sale in our web store, we do not provide a 100% Money back guarantee. All returns will have a 20% restocking fee unless otherwise informed by a Customer Service Representative from Oceania Engineering. Returns occurring due to any error from our end will be resolved at no cost to the customer.  Proof of purchase must accompany all returns.

Defective items claims must be lodged via the phone, our website or email within (30) thirty days of the purchase date to be eligible for replacement or refund.  Depending on the claim we may require evidence of the defect via email or post.  Items will be replaced with the same item originally purchased. For items that cannot be replaced a full refund will be offered.   We will supply you with a return shipping label, at no cost to you.

Refunds for returns will be processed by Oceania Engineering Solutions Pty Ltd within 72 hours of receiving the item at our warehouse. It can then take up to 48 hours for money to be credited by the bank into our customer’s accounts.

For items that do not require return, refunds will be processed within 24 hours by Oceania Engineering Solutions Pty Ltd. It can then take up to 48 hours for money to be credited by the bank into our customer’s accounts. All Refund claims made within the 30 day period will be issued in the method by which they were paid. 

Return Reference Number is a number that will be provided to each goods return by a Customer Service Representative. This system is in place to help us and our customers stay in track with progress of the goods return & refund. This reference number is to be quoted by customers on the goods when they are being returned to Oceania Engineering Solutions Pty Ltd. Replacement product will only be shipped after the faulty item has been received by Oceania Engineering Solutions unless stated otherwise by a Oceania Engineering Solutions Pty Ltd Customer Service Representative.

How to return your item:


1.  Contact us via email at oes@oceaniaengsolutions.com.au or telephone on 03 5280 8037.  A customer service representative will explain how to go about your return request and record all the necessary product return information.

2.  Every product return will be issued a Return Reference Number which should be used in all communications regarding that specific goods return.

3.  The customer service representative will then arrange for the best alternative to resolve the issue.

4.  As soon as the return has been received, a replacement product will be sent to you or a refund will be issued.
